The Tuscan inspiration of Bella Vita results in substantial plastered
masonry walls of subtle hearth tones, which soar up to rustic
cedar wood beams at roof overhangs. The diagonal placement
of each dwelling on the site, the natural materials and Tuscan
style, results in a distinctive Old World “feel” that is powerful yet
peaceful; simple yet elegant.
To enjoy the beauty of nature, elements are drawn from the
earth such as stone, marble or granite, brick, ceramics, wood,
metal and water. Tall windows and doors, accented with
arches to create balance and harmony within each structure,
penetrate the solid plaster walls. Elegant
wood casement windows and French
doors are complemented by private spiral
entry stairs, projecting balconies, and
wrought iron railings.
In keeping with the Tuscan community, all
lanais flow to the unobstructed, pleasantly
quaint courtyard. The focal point of the
courtyard area is a water feature
surrounded by concrete brick pavers,
lush landscaping, and a unique pool. In
addition, all lanais will be equipped to
receive personalized water features for
immediate or future installation.

Bella Vita’s rooms are beautifully proportioned on classic lines giving
it strong design character in a luxurious setting. Interior decorating
can be approached in a variety of ways to create the rustic, warm
and inviting ambience of the Tuscan-inspired design. Simplicity is the
key whether it is with textures, colors, or furnishings of traditional or
eclectic style.

Although Bella Vita was
inspired by the comfortably
worn look of Tuscany, it was
developed and built with the
conveniences of today. Inside you will find a kitchen
conducive to beauty and comfort
with high quality cabinetry
and state of the art ProfileTM
appliances from General
Electric.
